Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DeployYourCode (the “Service”), operated by Commonman LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by members you invite to your organization.
2. Organizations and members
Content and data created within an organization belong to that organization. Organization owners control membership, roles, billing, and may delete the organization and its data at any time.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Plan changes take effect immediately with prorated charges where applicable. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk messages, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service. You can export your organization's data at any time from the settings page.
6. Termination
You may delete your account or organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
